Had a chance to try and get my teeth into something last night. Was thinking of running through all the Raw's but realised they've only got select episodes from each year which are the best ones. This goes for many of the shows. NXT only has takeovers and Raw and Smackers have a big gap from 08 to recent years.

Thing is, I'm sure I saw everything there over the weekend and now it's heavily reduced. Did I imagine it or was this always the case?

I know live chat is banned, but could there be a live chat thread?

Live chat and live chat threads were awful and received universally negative reviews.

Yeah there's a limited amount of the TV shows on there for now but they'll be adding new content each month.

They seem to have most of the January RAWs from the Attitude Era on there which is something I want to rewatch so I think I'm going to watch those and the corresponding Rumbles for now and do it that way with the hope they'll add some more soon.

Heard them talking about WWE on Radio 1 just now. Already had a cousin and former workmate messaging me about it, too. Bloody Johnny Fed Latelies. Where were you during Baron Corbin’s never-ending run as heel GM? All coming crawling back now it’s cool again. 1998 all over again.

If you're watching Netflix in a Chrome browser, a couple of useful extensions (usual disclaimer about security not guaranteed, own risk etc):

https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/new-netflix-1080p/mdlbikciddolbenfkgggdegphnhmnfcg lets you force it to play 1080/HD/best quality stream, overcoming any glitches of it going "I can see you have a 300 Mbps connection but I'm going to auto-adjust to look like Jack Tunney's ordered the title belt to be video distorted.)

https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/netflix-keyboard-shortcut/mjpponglbellandpimdbmmhbhmakcgji lets you set your own keyboard shortcuts including custom time skips. I've put N to jump forward 210 seconds, which neatly skips an NXT commercial break.

Experienced the ease of putting it on my laptop to fall asleep to now it's on Netflix last night. Stuck on WrestleMania 10 and was immediately reminded that Bill Dunn was an even worse ring announcer than Tony Chimel.

Started to watch Raw on Netflix after around 8 years of not watching it. I've been keeping up-to-date with the "Premium Live Events" but not the weekly shows. I hated it. So much filler and not enough action. And the matches they had were blah at best. Roman/Solo was very slow and plodding, Liv/Rhea was crap, as Liv has never been decent in the ring, Uso vs McIntyre was utterly forgettable, and Punk/Rollins was a huge disappointment with a ridiculous ending.

Maybe I'm just a 41 year old fuddy duddy who prefers his older stuff, but I just couldn't get into anything at all, and I was in a good mood! I swear!

Netflix has just added the "non-live" version of Monday's Raw, meaning commercials are edited out, the scrubber bar has thumbnails, and it should work on all devices including casting. FWIW, I believe they did this within a day for Tyson-Paul, so hopefully this isn't the permanent schedule. (Edit: NXT also up.)

A few of my friends who are/were non-wrestling fans also tuned in - all of them female, funnily enough. One of them, who had no idea I am a wrestling fan, actually recommended that I watch it.

The most shocking turn up for the books of all is that my mum watched it, and when I asked why she said ‘I always watch the things Netflix recommends for me’ which is somewhat alarming…whatever the case, she didn’t like it.
