I've never heard Marc so mad.. more bile than Jim Cornette after watching a Young Bucks match.

On the Patreon, he does acknowledge that some people could point out that his argument about how the WWE Vault is just a plaster over the gushing wound that is the loss of wrestling history is also very convenient when it's also their main competition in the UKFF Digital Content award.

I might have missed a trick, but I can't see the upcoming SNME listed on Netflix. It's not going to be a YouTube debacle again, is it?

Hasn't been confirmed yet.

Almost certain it is. Netflix have everything. SNME is part of the USA/Peacock deal with Smackdown so that and all the PLE’s remain on Peacock, outside the US, Netflix.

The fact it isn’t listed on Netflix makes me think not. People thought that Smackdown on 3rd Jan was going to be on Netflix when the Netflix app said it wasn’t.

What is also notably not on Netflix is the weekly Main Event show even though matches are still being taped for it. I am wondering if WWE might be carving out potential for a minor rights package of the weekly Main Event show and the quarterly SNMEs. Bit like Channel 4 had with Heat and 4 PPVs.

If nobody wants to buy the rights from them then they can just stick SNME on YouTube in the region.

It's a bit stupid making a huge deal about RAW being everywhere around the world and then on the very same show advertising an event that only mentions channels no one but the US can access.

I'm only watching RAW because of the Netflix novelty so wouldn't have watched it anyways.

I agree. I thought they really missed a big opportunity last week on Raw to hammer home about NXT and Smackdown at least being on Netflix across much of the the world. From what I’ve seen of this week’s Raw and NXT they’ve actually remembered to tell the commentators to say “watch Smackdown Friday on USA Network and Netflix outside of the US”.
