Old School Pro Wrestling on YouTube has you covered for years of Superstars, Challenge, Prime Time and some Saturday Night and Thunders too. There's loads of 1992 Superstars on there aswell.

There's a similar Old School Pro Wrestling Clips account that's great for clips of 1997 Raws and nWo on Nitro.

Old School Pro Wrestling disappeared off YouTube and Patreon the day after I posted this. Someone on here a grass?

I was making my way through their Prime Time Wrestling's and was gutted to see it fucked off. Worlds full of pure snakes.

Netflix added WWE raw, smackdown,NXT..to there worth the waiting section ... honestly looking forward to this and I can cancel TNT sports so just as i said previously my only concern is what they will have in the wwe vault section when that gets add to Netflix im hoping for WCW nitros and thunders ppv and all of the WWE ppvs raws and smackdowns.i know that sounds like a lot but is anything else from the current  WWE network valuable.

I still can't picture how all this WWE content will be structured into the current Netflix format without overflowing it. I really don't want to lose the whole library that we've had so hopefully they find a way.

I don't know if it'd be cost effective considering the amount of potential subscribers to such a service but it strikes me that if they can contractually put Raw, SD and PPVs on Netflix and rename the WWE Network to WWE Vault and sell that as a service containing only historic shows, that would be ideal for the type of fan most of us are.

I'm not convinced about it's wider appeal, so they might just stick to YouTube.

part of me wonders if their pivot to doing super-nerdy archive diving on the WWE Vault YouTube channel is to try and keep fans on-side for when they drop a load of older stuff from the Network. I imagine they still have some contractual obligations to fill in various places that will keep the Network chugging along, largely unsupported and barely usable, for a while to come.

I had the same thought.

I'm sure the majority won't care, but I'm in the minority who would much rather throw on a classic episode of Mid-South than watch anything WWE have done in the past 15 or so years. I can't see a lot of the archives, particularly the older territory stuff, coming over to Netflix with Raw, SmackDown and PPVs.

I wonder if there would be much interest in them reviving the old WWE Classics On Demand channel but as a seperate streaming service this time. Go to Netflix for your Raw/Smackdown/NXTs but if you want to watch classic content, subscribe to this too.

I used to be well jealous of people in USA who had access to that Classics on Demand channel, it always sounded like a treasure trove of old wrestling.

I often nearly a start a thread about shit you forget existed and it's almost always because I've come across a YouTube video with a WWE 24/7 watermark and I go "shit, I forgot that existed".

I still have this horrible feeling that the classic content from the network is largely going to be scrapped. It would be interesting to know the current figures for people watching say a WCCW episode or Wrestlemania IV. I can see perhaps that they may feature the PPV’s (or maybe just the newer ones and instead just run the older ones at the specific time of the year e.g. Summerslam in August) but I do think a lot of the older stuff may vanish. They have the opportunity then to condense it down for the Vault on Youtube, or just do specials on Netflix.

My reasoning for this (and this is only my opinion) is that a). this is a potential re-boot for them. Forget all the old stuff (some of which is problematic) and just focus on the near history and b). I keep forgetting that there must be a huge divide in fans from the old era and the new one – I would dare say that apart from us dinosaurs (and that’s me included) there are more fans of the current product who would sleep most of the stuff we all love.

Let’s be honest, even though we all think it’s a classic (it is) I can’t imagine new fans finding any enjoyment in the Royal Rumble ’92.

Netflix will want to get the most subscribers in, for the least amount of hassle and outlay. Although having the old stuff on there may get subscriptions, is it worth the money to have it all on there? Especially as by putting new stuff on there will do perfectly well for them.
