I'd avoid making that an acronym to describe yourself.

Technically its only an acronym when the initials are spoken as a word, i.e. NASA is an acronym, KKK is not.*

I knew someone would pick me up on this being an initialism and not an acronym, in true Partridge fashion, but I couldn't be arsed to change it. Should have changed it.

Might explain why I keep thinking they're called The Final Solution though.

You're too kind, everyone knows I'm the only prick who cares about that kind of thing.

Although I only really posted it as an excuse to use a still of Dean Douglas.

Oh I assumed as much, but I admired the commitment, if I'm honest!

Rhea Ripley called Dirty Dom a chicken tender slut. I don't know what it means but I laughed and I guess that's all that matters.

If a man in your line of work doesn't know, the rest of us have got no chance.

I've always been a Karrion Kross naysayer. He was a generic CAW of a man, who I think I once said looked like a bad drawing of CM Punk by someone who doesn't like CM Punk.

BUT..

Yeah, he's winning me over. His acts a bit more cartoony, his look is a bit more over the top, there's no sense that it's the start of something bigger for him so i'm not worried hes going to stink anything up with the stars... he's just a nice gothy, campy villain for the mid card.

I've also seen a few interview bits with him recently and he seems like a genuinely nice chap who really wants this to work out for him. I wish him nothing but the best, and I hope for many years more of finding his act enjoyable and fast forwarding through his matches.

Bo Dallas can still sod all the way off though.

I am a Karrion Kross konvert.

Check out his impression of the Netflix ident sound ten seconds in. Brilliant.

2024 continues to 2024, even in the final stretch. The maddest year ever.

The Rock came back, wrestled at Wrestlemania, turned heel and delivered some of the best work of his career.

Sting retired in a wild, CZW-style Death Match.

Over one Wrestlemania weekend, Seth Rollins was the MVP of the company.

Bryan Danielson’s retirement year ended up being one of the greatest in-ring years of any professional wrestler in history, culminating with him winning the World Title in Wembley Stadium, with, “Final Countdown” blasting through the speakers.

Roman Reigns became an authentic, beloved top babyface, universally cheered.

Will Ospreay became a North American promo guy, bruv.

CM Punk had the best Hell in a Cell match in two decades.

AEW simultaneously became the coldest it’s ever been, and the second most successful pro-wrestling promotion of all time.

The original Bloodline reformed as babyfaces.

The New Day turned heel.

Kevin Owens cleanly became the Undisputed Winged Eagle WWE Champion.

And yet, amongst all of that, the maddest thing of all is that Karrion Kross has turned the corner. It’s finally clear why he’d been kept around for so long, given chance after chance despite always bombing. The lad’s hilarious.

I was locked and loaded, more than ready to slag off them teaming up Kross and The Miz. I fully expected them to be the new Double Trouble Crap on a Stick. But no. Against all logic and sense, it’s worked. Kross is really funny in this new role, abusing, manipulating and gaslighting The Miz.

No wonder Triple H loves him. I now finally understand why Hunter has been a card carrying member of the KKK for so long!

It's certainly been a strong year for WWE as a whole.

For the first time ever they listened to the fans and showed that it matters to use our voices which hasn't been the case until now which made wrestle mania so much bigger.

Getting the rock back and him turning heel was fantastic, I didn't think we would see it again.

Having Roman reigns be the most hated man by far only to now be a babyface again shows what this company can do when done right.

Getting a good hell in a cell match again after it being useless for so long was amazing.

I really am excited for the move to netflix and think we're going to get blood and edge back again which will feel like a breath of fresh air after 20 years in the bubblegum smile and kiss babies era.

Here's to 2025

The only Karrion Kross footage I've ever seen in my life is him doing an absolutely spot on Jesse Ventura impression so he's alright in my book.

Yeah that impression is something else and maybe one of the reasons I've never totally wrote him off, despite coming very close.

Start to finish 2024 might just be one of the best years the company has ever had. If viewing habits and everything like that worked the same way it used to, it could absolutely have been a boom period. It might just be the first time since then that every wrestler on the card has a character and a set spot. Low/Mid/Upper all have shit going on, the women's division gets better and better. Bring back a 24/7 rule and I might just spaff in my pants.

They've said that Raw is staying PG on Netflix.

Hasn't WWE been plenty edgy for a while now? Everyone's always swearing, they have super violent matches and they've even flirted with blood a few times.

This idea that they're putting out PG shows hasn't been true for ages, but is just something people say reflexively - as if the genuinely sanitised years have left us all with longstanding PTSD.

One day, they'll film someone getting stabbed whilst half the roster have a big gangbang in the background and we'll still have people bemoaning PG wrestling.
