They didn't like Pete Bone, a man removed by his own constituency, and didn't want to vote for his missus as she was there to stop Pete Bone standing as an independent. They didn't vote Labour as they didn't want to vote for a candidate that either isn't from the area or lives nearby. I think they did want to vote Labour, as the candidate is from Northamptonshire.
