SuperBacon
Alright you cheese loving bastards, let the arguing commence. What's the best? What's the worst? Why do some absolute freaks like blue cheese? Does cheese make you gag? What is the best cheese for a bit of "CHEESE ON"? Why is feta cheese lovely in a salad, but we wouldn't eat it whole? I have always considered a bit of bavarian smoked my favourite, until I recently had the Waitrose 1 Appleby's Farmhouse Cheshire. which is incredible. I do love a bit of manchego as well, and of course a vintage cheddar. Over to you.

Snitsky's back acne
Mature Canadian Cheddar is the dogs. Sadly not many places sell it.

wordsfromlee
A good ol' extra mature cheddar. The stronger the better.

AdamTH17
Halloumi. With chicken thighs and red onion relish. Bit of garlic mayo as well. Not even a debate. Edited September 2, 2018 by AdamTH17
Paid Members Lion_of_the_Midlands Posted September 2, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted September 2, 2018 Seriously though I love a blue cheese. Stilton, Cambazola, or Roquefort. The last Roquefort I had was so strong the dreams it gave me were amazing.
Rey_Piste
This stuff is my favourite the strong taste of a blue cheese, with the creaminess of a Camembert or Brie.
SuperBacon
I cannot understand how anyone can eat blue cheese. I've never got it at all.

Paid Members Kaz Hayashi Posted September 2, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted September 2, 2018 I bloody love cheese. Roquefort.. 100%. The stronger the cheese, the better. Plate of crackers, a bit of caramelised onion chutney, some sliced jalapeños, then I’m sorted for the night.
Paid Members Thunderplex Posted September 3, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted September 3, 2018 Love cheese. Â All kinds from the strongest to the mildest. Â 2 favourites are crumbly farmhouse Lancashire on a sainsburies overbaked cob loaf with real butter, salt and white pepper. Â The other one is a strong vintage Stilton on a digestive with a sliced picked onion and a blob of cranberry sauce. Â Horny.

Choclate on the digestive facing up or down?
