Black pudding Scotch eggs? They sound magnificent.

I had an English breakfast out of a tin this morning. Did the job. Slice of crust to mop up the juice, of course.

Not quite #eatclean, but Flat Iron steak restaurant in Soho do beef dripping-fried chips. Lush.

Powerbutchy coronary confirmed.

With that amount of lard-based pastry intake, it can't be far off. He's going to be like Hugh Griffith in Grand Slam.

The way you do beans on toast, or the beans section (the second most important bit) at least.

You have to add BBQ sauce/Worcestershire sauce and big chunks of cheddar cheese to the cooked beans. None of this grated bullshit for the ponces and Carbomb's among us. That way you get huge gooey portions of cheese within your beans.

Now I add sliced cheese to the toast and melt it under the grill, beans on top and then grated on top of that.

Carbomb caramelises some borlotti beans and places them on an oven warmed sesame seed Vienna.

They sound great don't they? I actually think it was somebody of this parish that mentioned them. Talking about black pudding, my branch of Tesco always has Simon Howie "premium" black pudding in the reduced section at the deli counter. Twelve slices for 90 pence, you can't go wrong.

I've also came to the conclusion that Cumberland sausages are the food of the gods. Not Allah though, obviously.

I had a mushroom cheese and Red onion sandwich, today. The bap was Granary. And I asked for two hash browns to be added to this. That has to be EATCLEAN.

No?

Yeah. If it's like Greggs or Poundbakery or from a corner shop or something.

Tough crowd. How about chip shop chips. With chip shop curry sauce. Tinned beans that have been been seasoned with a hot oil and spice mix. We'd call them toorka beans. All mixed together and eaten out of the chip wrapping.

If it's not a baked bean then it's immediately disqualified from #EATCLEAN in my book.
