WyattSheepMask
Ah right. I can’t speak for Steve, but Rich has one of those toilets you find in Holland where rather than drop into the bowl it just sits on a porcelain shelf until you flush it off, so I just assumed him and his family had some sort of poo admiration fetish
Paid Members DEF Posted May 6, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted May 6, 2020 Seem's that UKFF favourite Tom Cruise is literally going to Space for a stunt in an action movie. What a guy! Sashfilm - Tom Cruise in space!

Loki
I’d take all these announcements with a pinch of salt.  No productions are happening now, and none likely to start this year.  So you’ve a full slate of 2020 movies to be made next year.  Plus some production companies, some cinemas will go bust.  There’s a lot of contract posturing going on but a lot of it will go out the window when production finally starts again next year. Normally, they have a curated collection of films on their site of 30 titles, with one in and one out every day. But now they've opened up their library of all the films they've shown over about the last year plus access to their own releases (like Under the Silver Lake and Portrait of a Lady on Fire) for the first time. I got access for ÂŁ1 about 6 weeks ago on a 3 months deal so it's even better for me.

Mubi has always been a curated feed, effectively. A new movie each day, deleted after 30 days. So a library with past offerings up there permanently makes it, effectively, an arthouse Netflix. Paid Members Hannibal Scorch Posted May 20, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted May 20, 2020 Superb gents. I just assumed it was a permanent library so now I get it. I may take a week off soon and dive in
Mr_Danger
I quite liked the idea of a bespoked playlist, it seemed more manageable than poking around on Prime for hours. The thought of them opening up their library actually turns me off, even though it’s undoubtedly a better offer.

You could easily browse through everything they have in less than half an hour. I also think the attraction is it's still very much of a curated base with them adding films in collections or to adhere to any seasons they're running. Not to mention that almost all the titles they have aren't available on any other streaming platforms, and a number of them are outright obscurities you won't see anywhere else. Paid Members Bellenda Carlisle Posted September 29, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted September 29, 2020 Borat 2 is going to be released on Amazon next month. Pretty excited to see what Sasha pulls out this time, the way it was filmed in secret and is being suddenly released has already got my juices flowing.
