Yeah the IWC has in a way been around since the early mid 80's when newsletters with more inside industry news begun to float about, it just evolved into an online experience as you'd expect eventually. If you want to know what the IWC thought about things in the 80's you can actually look it up.

On other sites though now, there appears to be an absolute hoard of grifters though. Even worse when some of these online posters (journalist is a bit too rich a description) are keen to build connections to a promotion they like more and because of no ethics and being thick marks with a status complex, just make any old shit up. Not keen on it from any promotion in the world's perspective. 

I dream one day that the post PLE/PPV media conferences would just be Triple H & Tony Khan taking the piss out of them openly until they cry. I'd never slag them off again, Tony can be as awkward as he wants at situations he doesn't like and I'll even turn a blind eye to the ol' racism Hunter. Make them all cry.

More than fans, when the wrestlers themselves complained about the dirt sheets I always think that looks pretty pathetic. Especially when they mock Meltzer's star ratings. It's just one man's opinion but it definitely seems to upset some wrestlers that they don't get 5 stars from him (although they pretend it doesn't).

John Cena promos where he usually starts with "Fine speech" then completely eviscerates his opponent and makes them look like a complete shoot loser and kills any actual interest you may have in seeing the match.

I don't know why he started doing that but it's terrible and bled into the rest of the business so you have all these weird quasi shoot monologue snappy one liner promos that make everyone look like shit.

I find there's things that I'm fed up with seeing on TV but fine seeing live.

The strike exchange spot is one of them. If it's live I can enjoy it, if it's on TV it usually draws a "oh for fuck sake" response from me. 

Some of that is context based but yeah.

When you as a wrestling fan, living in the UK, have to wait until 1am for the wrestling to start.

THEN you pay your money to Triller/Fite for AEW plus and you put it on to watch your episode of AEW and for no reason whatsoever and without warning, they tell you it’s starting AFTER ITS FINISHED AIRING IN THE US THIS WEEK FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER.

In a better age of the internet he'd be relegated to Honky Tonk Man or Tom Zenk.
