Ricochet just comes across as an absolute div on Twitter, and the only person who finds him funny and entertaining is himself.

Talks like a complete idiot on a regular basis, and besides leaping all over the place has nothing going for him at all, his work in LU was quality, but he's limited and clearly fancies himself as some sort of legit hard man, just a cringey fella all round really.

Take it you're not watching AEW at the moment then? In a genuine surprise to literally everyone he's turned into a brilliant heel character and great promo over the past 3 months.

He then faked his own death, before revealing it was a ruse an hour later and then hosted a twitter space for him to address the controversy and instead went on a mad rant for multiple hours tripling down on his actions.

No idea if he knows Danny Collins, no one got to ask him the question.

 

Until this morning, I honestly didn't think he was even a wrestler, just the kind of weird fantasist that every wrestling school has to deal with. It looks like there is some match footage on his Twitter, so I was wrong about that, but his Instagram was very telling - one bit of training footage from the Al Snow Wrestling Academy, and then lots of stuff claiming to wrestle for a company that doesn't exist, and bragging about training somewhere that happens to be quite local to me and isn't even a pro-wrestling school, it's an amateur wrestling club run out of a church.

I get the impression he's a real young kid, maybe not even 18. Doesn't excuse him acting like a prick, but he strikes me as someone who needs help more than a million people on social media dunking on him. Thirty years ago he'd just been telling you he had an uncle who worked at Nintendo, and his mates would be rolling their eyes, it wouldn't be plastered all over the internet, and I wonder how bad that is for someone's health.

I actually briefly talked to him last night after another day of people dunking on him. And I said what you did was wrong, but maybe you should apologise for some of the worst things he’d said (homophobic, racist and some incel like stuff about women, and that’s just what I’d heard him say over the weekend), maybe get some help, but most importantly get offline for a bit. He didn’t really want to hear it, it was clear he didn’t want to because he was getting famous from it, But at what cost. I think he’s 17 but he’s also said he’s 24 so who knows. But yeah no matter how much of an idiot you’re being, there is too much time being targeted at him.

I don't know if Asuka has been hacked or has a weird social media manager now, but between this and another Tweet I saw from her, it doesn't read like her at all, and reads more like a native English speaker. 

But then, she's always been a bit of a techbro weirdo, so being into AI wouldn't surprise me.

Wasn't Asuka one of those who didn't mind the old WW2 outfits either for some wrestling event in Japan. (I'm semi-aware culturally its looked at slightly askew to how others do possibly).

I suspect she changed from doing her own social media to having someone else a few months ago. It used to have a very singular, funny style and now it's a bit shit. Of course, it could have always been someone else, just the new person is crap. But the AI thing would be a strange thing to instruct someone to post, so that might be a hack.
