Paid Members 2Xtreme_lives Posted June 10, 2023 Paid Members Posted June 10, 2023 The dirt sheets reporting it was supposed to be mone and saraya at forbidden door I reckon thatll probably be the gig at all in now unless they cycle around to hayter and saraya again Quote

Merzbow Posted June 10, 2023 Posted June 10, 2023 So Rush has quit AAA, what are the chances of him now being able to work Forbidden Door? Quote

Andrade was barred from appearing last year even though he'd stopped working for AAA at that point. It's meant to be more a zero tolerance on Mexican wrestlers without current ties to CMLL. As NJPW don't want to upset that relationship. Quote
TildeGuy~! Posted June 18, 2023 Posted June 18, 2023 (edited) New Japan are uploading a Forbidden Door documentary in a couple of hours time(will be live then, not currently able to watch as of this post) Their Wrestle Kingdom documentaries are always a good watch so I’m looking forward to this. rollthedice Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 I wonder if they may have MJF actually not show for the match with Tanahashi and have Punk come out with his belt/bag and accept instead. Giving us the match that was supposed to happen last year. Quote
Merzbow Posted June 19, 2023 Posted June 19, 2023 MJF has been consistently anti-NJPW for ages now, shits on them whenever they were brought up in interviews so it fits the character to simply not work with them. Quote

Do it, Tony! I completely forgot Goldberg had a handful of AJPW matches, mental. I thought his only post-WWE Japan match had been for HUSTLE. Quote
