So there's the usual positive spin that there's lots of interest. If those deals end up outside NBC Universal there will be the same jockeying for position seen between FOX and USA. Being on FOX is a bit like being on Channel 5. It's terrestrial TV/Free-to-Air. So has the largest potential audience as even you cut cable you can still get the channel with an arial. But the Network only came along in the 90s? So doesn't have the prestige or standing of the other networks. Still should lead to new viewers that you wouldn't otherwise get. Going back to USA means being back in the cable bundle that's losing subscribers year on year. Ratings wise it will be worse for them. Shame she was excited about Elimination Chamber and then got released an hour later though. Ali is someone there will be a lot of debate about. Did they fail him? Did he deserve better?
