I liked him as the baddie in The Phantom because I always thought he really looked like he was from the '30s I always wondered if Trick Williams in NXT was named after him. Loki Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 Yeah, very sad news. He was sort of a B movie action lead in the 90s, and so was the star of one of my favourite horror films, Deep Rising (which really, really needed a sequel!) But he was a really fine, serious actor as well, and often popped up playing hard-bitten policemen such as in last year's We Own This City. I had the same thought about Trick Williams @Bellenda Carlisle, I certainly hope so.
