DavidB6937 Posted January 16, 2025 Posted January 16, 2025 Knowing he's in a sulk about NXT it'd be absolutely hilarious to see him sent to TNA. Do it. Quote

Snitsky's back acne Posted January 29, 2025 Posted January 29, 2025 Really good main event this week. NXT is an odd mix of future stars and bland indie fodder. Oba Femi and Trick Williams look the business. Ethan Page is the perfect fit for this environment. Ava is the absolute worst. Charisma is clearly not hereditary. Quote
Paid Members BigJag Posted January 29, 2025 Paid Members Posted January 29, 2025 (edited) Lash Legend is incredibly athletic whilst her smaller and sporty looking partner. Never seems to get out of 1st gear. The little end credit thing they did was cool. Edited January 29, 2025 by BigJag Quote

I think the Meta Girls compliment each other really well and Jakara is good too but Lash could be very special if booked correctly. Quote
Paid Members BigJag Posted January 30, 2025 Paid Members Posted January 30, 2025 Yep. Lash Legend has been very impressive over the last month. Almost a relentless work rate. Pretty much everything she does looks meaningful. Jakara isn't quite matching that level. Quote
theringmaster Posted January 30, 2025 Posted January 30, 2025 I personally thought the Main event was a bit jarring, you could see the divide in terms of talent, no I wouldn't expect the Nxt wrestlers to be anywhere near the standard of main roster wrestlers but when you compare it to the first match where Roxanne or Cora never looked out of place mixing it up Bayley, where's Lash looked to be struggling to keep up. Kind of felt like a match that should be happening on house shows not TV. But there is no denying Lash has huge potential, she looks so marketable. NXT really feels like everything is clicking atm, so naturally we are no doubt going to get a cull after Mania to allow the next batch to come through. Quote
Paid Members BigJag Posted February 5, 2025 Paid Members Posted February 5, 2025 They had a neat little package on Roxanne's Rumble run. It made her look pretty impressive. Her record breaking stint didn't seem to be put over much during the Rumble. Quote
Paid Members TheBurningRed Posted February 5, 2025 Paid Members Posted February 5, 2025 Tyler Breeze announces he’s a writer for NXT and TNAs Johnny Curtis shows up as Fandango. Get the Fashion Files out and reunite Breezeango stat. Quote
Paid Members BigJag Posted February 5, 2025 Paid Members Posted February 5, 2025 (edited) Jayda Parker is loads of fun to watch. She's really owning her character. Keilani as her foil could work quite well. The both of them may well end up rising above their current level. Whoever the writers are. They're doing a great job of keeping the whole company buzzing. d-d-d-dAz Posted February 12, 2025 Posted February 12, 2025 Woke up, saw Ricky Starks debuted. That's good. But then immediately noticed that it doesn't seem the WWE themselves have referred to him as 'Ricky Starks' anywhere; lots of 'he's here' and 'the absolute one is here' and 'the debut that shocked the world', but try as I might I'm yet to see them use his name. Fingers crossed he doesn't get a silly name. Nicky Sparks. Quote

Fingers crossed he doesn't get a silly name. Nicky Sparks. It's possible that it has been a pretty quick turnaround. Starks was just winning the Defy title at the weekend. Not sure that would have happened if everyone knew he was WWE bound days later. So they may not have gotten into the detail of signing over his trademarks. Just that bit of caution in case they can't agree on terms and do end up changing names. Quote
