I'm not against an abbreviation or two, but it used to be that text speak was necessary to fit all your shit into a single text so you didn't have to pay for another. Now there's no excuse. Even moreso when they're using it places where there's no real limit. It's just lazy, especially when they abbreviate something by a single letter or something stupid.
