I'm back to 107kg (16 stone 12, just shy of 236lbs), which means I've almost lost the stone I put on during lockdown the first part of the year. The doctor said she'll let me know if my blood test results are bad, but if I haven't heard in a week to give her a ring and she'll let me know how I'm getting on. I'm treating my lack of feedback as good news. Quote
