wordsfromlee
The Moving Mountains burgers are probably my favourite meat-free burger. As a meat eater, I can’t notice the difference. It’s just a shame they’re only available from cash & carrys. But it does mean we have 20 in the freezer now. I think Harvester pubs serve them.

Paid Members DEF Posted November 21, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted November 21, 2020 Had my first Beyond Burger earlier. Holy crap they are good. Easily the best imitation meat I've had. Really knocked my socks off. A fiver for 2 burgers is steep but I'd pay a tenner they are so good.

I mean, still pricy but but worth it.
Merzbow
I had some Fry's Vegan Soy & Flaxseed Escalopes just now and they're lovely, I think they've only just came out in the last month.

Paid Members DEF Posted December 7, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted December 7, 2020 Seeing as Christmas is upon us and this is my first as a tree muncher. Is there a vegan alternative to Terry's Chocolate Orange? It's one of the best things about Christmas. I can let it go but I sure as hell don't want to. Whilst I'm at it has there been a vegan chocolate assortment box? Vegan quality street alternative type deal.

This is cool as shit.. Very excited about this. Been a lot of discussion about this. My mate who is a full on card carrying member of Veganism is very excited about it. But across vegan FB groups it’s much more negative.  4 hours ago, BigJag said: https://neat-burger.com/ Has anyone tried out Lewis Hamiltons Vegan restaurant? no I haven’t been up to London since a week after it opened, but it looked pricey compared to a lot of London rivals. I’d give it a go if I was nearby though
Paid Members BigJag Posted December 20, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted December 20, 2020 How about Vegan options for Christmas. What's out there?

More then usual. Asda have various deserts and mock meat joints. Tesco has a variety of fresh Turkey/Beef alternatives this year. All the supermarkets have good bits. Even party food. Had some Pork Belly bits from Sainsbury’s made from Jackfruit and Oyster mushroom. They also had mock duck spring rolls.
The Guvnor
I hereby present the king of vegan cheeses (and it's not even close!) Totally addicted to this stuff at the moment, after I was bought some for Christmas nibbles....
Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted January 11, 2021 Moderators Share Posted January 11, 2021 I'm trying to reduce my dairy intake at the moment. Where do you get that from?
