Had a pre-flight PCR test today, and they have absolutely ruined my hooter. I've been sneezing/sniffling like a complete pillock all day. It feels like I've got hayfever. 

Anyone else had this and able to suggest any remedies? Might sort itself out with a good night's sleep, but I'm about to have a PCR test every day for the place I'm going to and if it's going to set the sprinklers off each time, it's going to be a thoroughly miserable experience.

Been doing a lateral flow every day for work and tested positive last night on two nose only lateral flow tests so reported my test result etc. Did a nose and throat lateral flow test this morning and tested negative.

What’ll happen is he will recover, as most people will, and this will give credence and weight to the theory that it was the horse pills and nit medicine wot won it.

If it gets really bad maybe he'll have to start on the HRT supplements, as some people have been espousing. Can't get any if you're a trans woman who wants to transition, but if you're a gammon with covid then feel free to have as many as you want.

He's also claiming that people saying Ivermectin is horse medicine are being racists. Something he definitely should know a lot about.

Girlfriend tested positive the other night, with the faintest of faint lines on an LFT - I could barely see the thing at all, but letter of the law is that even a faint line is a positive result, so we're abiding by that.

I've been testing every day, and all coming back negative. I worked from home yesterday just to be on the safe side, and so - once I got my negative test - I could pop out to the shops for her. Her tests the last two days have looked completely negative, so I wonder there was some kind of cross-contamination thing rather than her actually having it.

 

Shouldn't be surprised by the lack of logic from Fox and the like, but the absolute brainworms required to say "I won't take the vaccine, it's untested" and then plough every other bit of snake oil and horse medicine into their system because they heard someone say it might work is staggering. Though with Fox especially I always assume he's just a shameless grifter, is probably fully vaccinated and all the rest of it, and playing his audience for pricks.

I've been testing every day for the last few weeks due to covid being rife in my work. Tested positive last Thursday with the faintest of lines so did another test and that had a faint line too so I've isolated for the 7 days like I have to in Scotland but every test I've done since last Thursday (even on Friday morning) has come back negative.

Wasn’t he Jim Corr’d by the airline he flew with for his holiday in the sun recently? I know plenty of pics surfaced of him wearing a mask after he said he’d never wear one

Fox's internal covid policy is stricter than anything the government requires of them, while at the same time railing against government overreach.

I meant Laurence but, yes, definitely also demonstrably true of Fox News.

Though to play Devil's Advocate, there is no hypocrisy in their internal policy being stricter than what the government demands, if their criticism is that individuals and corporations should be free to make their own decisions, rather than having their hand forced by the government. Where there is hypocrisy is in fully vaccinated pundits telling their listeners not to trust the vaccine, or to take the illness seriously.
