They went like 24 years of doing audio together with barely an argument but in the last year it seems like they are somewhat sick of each other and talk over each other a lot.

I haven't listened in about 5 years probably, but it felt like they were constantly bickering then. Meltzer often seemed to pick the opposite view to Alvarez on anything just for a laugh.

I saw a video of them yesterday discussing the AEW/WWE PPV maneuverings and I swear Dave looked like he wanted to smack the smarmy cunt.  Proper "does Dave know he's on camera here?" vibe, but that could just be Dave being Dave.

Yesterday's episode was a chore. Dave wouldn't let Bryan finish a sentence - but way worse than usual. 

Bryan: "Can I just say that..."
Dave: "I know what you're going to say and you're wrong because..."
Bryan: "No...no, Dave.... no... that's not it. Can I finish?"
Dave: "Sure"
Bryan: "What I mean is that we don't know how much..."
Dave: "We do, though..."

Repeat for 25 minutes.
