I'm enjoying the Bischoff podcast "83 weeks". I skipped a couple of the early ones and jumped to some of the less talked about topics and it's a good listen. It's not flawless. Bischoff has a terrible memory for detail, goes over the top in some criticism and can be hypocritical but he is good on the principals of what he was trying to acheive, entertaining when he feels wronged and honest about a lot of mistakes (not all). Conrad can be obnoxious but is good at not letting Eric just bullshit his way through.

Much prefer their chemistry to Pritchard and Conrad who annoy the fuck out of me. They're a parody. Conrad works better on this. There's an epic Chris Jericho episode up now that I've been working through. I think it's about 4 hours.

Really enjoying it too. Probably helps that unlike Prichard, Bisch doesn't need a job off Vince, so isn't afraid to put the boot in every once in a while. Think not listening to two southern accents also helps, in all honesty. Makes Conrad seem bearable.

I attempted to listen to the Bob Holly episode of something to wrestle, but began to question my sanity about 20 minutes in and gave up.

I would love to know more about the Fall Brawl '99 attendance.Did you say 10,000 in, but only 3000 paid? How does that happen? Were they giving away free tickets at the door? Or did I totally mishear something?

83 Weeks is a good listen, but Bischoff isn't as good as Prichard at lying. He's been caught out a couple of times already.

Bischoff is easily more likeable than Prichard and it's nice hearing him point out that, despite how the narrative has went since WWE bought WCW, some of his ideas were brilliant and WWE pinched a lot of them. A lot of bad ones too, like, but those aren't his of course.

Tons of freebies in the build-up, they only had 2,200 sold a couple of weeks out so they went overboard on the free tix. And yeah, those were the final stats, nuts...

Hi all,

I was recently on the following podcasts talking about wrestling games. Plan to be doing a few more of these with specific wrestling game themes/concepts in the near future.

2Bit Wrestling -

I look forward to the episode on No Mercy's broken reversal system.

Something To Wrestle With would be so much more bearable without the shit catchphrases. "Rumour and innuendo" is not going to happen. Pritchard has a lot of good stories to tell, but the format is hard work to listen through.

And who is buying Conrad T shirts? https://www.prowrestlingtees.com/bruceprichard

It took me longer than most to get sick of Conrad but he's been annoying as fuck whenever I've listened recently. My latest pet hate is him going "TWO TIME...TWO TIME" or whatever in Road Dogg style.

In Conrad’s defence, his genuine shock at the surprise appaearance on the 83 weeks Dusty Rhodes show, and then on talk is Jericho doing a Jericho’s side of things show, he was really good. But when you give him the position of power in a conversation he can be grating
