It's a great shot for showing how legitimately huge Andre was.

Arnie's grinning face in the middle being lifted up by Wilt and Andre like they're his parents swinging him by the arms as they walk around the Arndale Centre on a Saturday morning. Paid Members Your Fight Site Posted August 3, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted August 3, 2020 Well, there’s a whole college module wasted. Learned how to colour photographs by hand in Photoshop. Now there’s an API that can do it in a second 🙃

simonworden
Always been fond of that Adrian Street photo. I think it was in Simon Garfield's book. Any idea where the one above was taken, looks like a big arena or outdoor venue?
Paid Members Chris B Posted August 6, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted August 6, 2020 That was the Queens Hall in Leeds. Demolished in 1989. I find searching for things like this interesting, and that curve on the building was going to be fairly unique for a venue with that name. ] This is it more recently. ☹️ . Like it's obviously not the greatest period of wrestling, but you can look back and see shitness throughout the years from any time.
