Paid Members Gus Mears Posted July 30, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted July 30, 2018 (edited) Had to put my Willow to sleep this evening. 21 years and it was time. I'm going to miss him terribly. As close as I'll ever get to a sibling. The most wonderful pet I could ever have had. Edited July 30, 2018 by Gus Mears

Paid Members Thunderplex Posted July 30, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted July 30, 2018 Really sorry to hear that buddy.  21 years is incredible for a cat, obviously looked after and loved.

Paid Members Gus Mears Posted July 31, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted July 31, 2018 Cheers all. Just taken Wills to the crematorium and getting a paw print plate of him in addition to the urn tomorrow. He was the absolute best cat you could have ever wished for. RIP little man.
Paid Members Sergio Mendacious Posted July 31, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted July 31, 2018 (edited) Wonderful to see him there, having a bowl of nuts and a glass of Chablis, repeat of Maigret paused on the telly. Lovely lad, 14/10 at least. Edited July 31, 2018 by Sergio Mendacious
Paid Members Gus Mears Posted July 31, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted July 31, 2018 You joke, but the water glass behind the wine was his one which was kept on the table at all times for him to drink out of. If ever that cliche of the pet being owner and the owner the pets was true it was for Wills. Happily moved heaven and earth to accommodate him.

Paid Members Bus Surfer Posted September 4, 2018 Paid Members Share Posted September 4, 2018 Our Cat has issues with her stomach so has been on a Vetinary diet since birth. We haven't been able to get her regular food for a few weeks, so she was pretty happy when it turned up today.

This worries me. My cat doesn't wear a collar as he always finds a way to loose it (we used to find them scattered in the garden or stuck in a bush). When we let him out he can be gone for fucking ages. We'll let him out in the early evening and he won't be back until the following afternoon. If that fucker is living some sort of double life then I'd be well pissed off. I'll chuck him out with his toys and kibbles in a little bindle, the cheating swine.
