  2. Afternoon lads thought I'd check in. Made a total of £2.70 yesterday - so you haven't missed much. Today's racing is so boring. 3 massive long odds on chances and a flat race. Having said that, I really don't like Fact To File in this. Never run over this far on this ground. It's by far the best horse in the race, but I think it's too fast for this. I've backed Sandor Clegane at 28s - finished 3rd last year, just a length or so behind Stay Away Fay. Go on The Hound. My other two bets are Harpers Brook in the 4.40, who's bent as sin and will probably try and pull himself up. Or he'll win. One of the two. The other one is Brazil in the 2.50. Oh and don't back anything trained by Nicky Henderson. His horses are all pulling up and falling out the back of the TV. Edit: Sandor Clegane is now 12s. Christ they've backed it from the price this morning.
  3. I've been a member of this forum since 2002 which is ridiculous when you think about it. It's even more ridiculous when the last time I actually watched wrestling was when AJ Styles turned on Cena with them 2 bald lads about 10 years ago. Yet I still visit this place every day - even though I rarely post in anything apart from the Cricket Thread. I'd hate to think that anyone isn't sound to each other, so I'm glad it's kind of sorted. There's been some weirdos over the years like him who wore that pink vest, but it's OK really.
  4. This was the Canadian game - presume it should be pretty easy to navigate to the others. The competition is in Cape Town - and it sounds like random locals do the commentary, which is as amusing as it sounds. They're better than Swann though. https://www.youtube.com/live/mCk9Z_nZJnA?si=KSM9neMfhPxOjI__
  5. Ey up, what's this? It's only the Over 40s World Cup! My club had an Indian Overseas Player in 2008 and 2009 who played about 70 FC games in India. Well it turns out that he now lives in Canada and is their captain in said competition. Oh and he scored 103* against Namibia in the first game. England beat Zimbabwe in our first game, with a squad that includes Phil Mustard, Nick Compton and Darren Stephens. And we're coached by the level headed Andre Nel. That's me following this tournament for the next fortnight or so. https://masterscricket.org/o40swc-2024/
