wooly
Chris jericho appeared on a radio wrestling show and talked about the controversial finish at BATTLEGROUND 2017 between AJ Styles vs KO last month. Jerico confirmed that AJ the title match was to win and then AJ vs Jericho would wrestle on the next Smackdown but with KO winning accidently they had to turn it into a 3 way (on the next smackdown) and hand the strap back to AJ. Paid Members Benno Posted September 7, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted September 7, 2017 (edited) This is hilarious. How do 5 Star keep conning people. They've even made Fludder into a babyface. This is the FreeSports statement: Quote UK Wrestling on FreeSports. - Please note the following. Preston City Wrestling (PCW) made an announcement last Tuesday highlighting an agreement with our company to show their events in the UK. We are afraid that while initial discussions did take place regards covering an event in October there has been a misunderstanding and there is no agreement in place to cover their events. To be clear, FreeSports will not be airing PCW's event in October. We have been hinting on social media that we plan to make an announcement with a British promotion to broadcast wrestling to thousands of fans live every week on FreeSports. The promotion will be our exclusive UK Wrestling supplier which rules out covering any PCW events. Given what has happened over the last 48 hours we think it best to confirm that it will be 5 Star Wrestling featuring on FreeSports with all their shows available live and free in 18 million UK homes from 2018. We believe 5 Star Wrestling are investing heavily in creating the best Wrestling promotion the UK has ever seen with weekly events in major arenas planned in 2018. Keep an eye on our social media for further information and visit www.5starwrestling.co.uk for event and ticket information. Somebody should probably check on Classics Guy. Jon-Carr_92
Where was it the thing of them canning the tour over the Manchester Arena bombing came from? Granted, their show there was in December originally when the arena reopens this weekend with the tribute gig with Noel Gallagher headlining, so it wouldn't have been in the window where the events in their calendar were cancelled or moved to alternative venues for obvious reasons. But it certainly has been a strange ride with that lot to say the least with their questionable investments among other things.
