dopper Posted July 5, 2015 Share Posted July 5, 2015 They wanted to capitalise on the fact The Rock name-checked Juvi in a promo on Raw (just once, in a throwaway albeit funny line) and the best idea they could come up with was for Juvi to do The Rock's "Finally ..." promo in broken English before every match and attempt the People's Elbow every match for months on end.
