The ghosts look wrong though, the special effects on the ghosts in the original were a big part of the feel of the film, the ghosts in this one look like something that should be chasing Jack Black in a kids film. The White Knighting defending it was just as bad. I really didn't fancy it because of the cast ( Melissa McCarthy just makes me angry) but Fieg has done some great stuff.
