Us being relegated and those utter cunts winning the league feels like the culmination of Spurs as an institution, like we've been striving for it since 1882. It's peak us. Then we can fold the club up, make the stadium a full time concert venue and all get on with our lives in serene peace. Also, I'm equidistant to Southampton and Portsmouth so good away days next season I would like it to be Ange, but Spurs fans all clamouring for Poch back like the pathetic cucks we are. Five years later, they won the FA Cup. Almost five years on from that and they've been docked 6 points, are level with the relegation zone on points, have no manager and last night completely capitulated having been 3-0 up at home in 29 minutes and led 3-0 until the 61st minute and 3-1 until the 82nd. What a crazy collapse this has all been over the last 4 seasons with an increasing lack of ambition and 2 relegations from the PL. There's obviously the massive tragedy that's led to the change of ownership of the club and perhaps a lack of interest from Vichai's son considering the circumstances but it's hard to recall a fall harder than this one. Spurs at the beginning of this season were quite impressive in their first couple of matches - they seemed to have a stability that they'd completely lacked before, which shored up their players' skills to the degree that they seemed incisive and dangerous. Then the wheels just came off. De Zerbi would be an interesting choice, but there's already an ex-Chelsea manager floating about, so they'll most likely sign Maresca. Quote
