I dunno. Last time I don't think Trump expected to win and just sorta bullshitted his way through when he did. These 3 lads, Musk in particular, are calculating little shitebags though. Surely that won't ever happen he can't disregard the rules and bill where a president can't serve more than two terms and maximum 8 years in office?

Otherwise it would have been done before, he's been back in office about 12 hours and he's started full batshit

The Constitution can only be amended if proposed by two thirds of Congress or the State Legislatures, and then ratified by three quarters of the States.

The Supreme Court plays no role, and Trump's majority in the House is both slim and not uncommon; he had one at this point in his first term, too.

He's also not the first president to have called for repealing the 22nd Amendment. And yet it hasn't come close to happening.

I'm torn on whether Elon knows what he's doing or not. It doesn't seem fair (of the Trump lot) to be sticking an autistic person front and centre, irrespective of how clever he is.
