But it probably was the first version unfortunately 🤣 I’m glad they did it while Nick Bockwinkel was still around. When I think of AWA, it’s Verne Gagne and The Bock that spring to mind immediately for me. Whatever narrative they went with (I’ll hopefully get around to rewatching it this week), I felt like the doc benefited a lot from having him as a talking head. The Razor one was not creative in the slightest, and then today an Attitude era Summerslam main event one, which has such clunkers as the Taker/Austin match, the Austin/Triple H/Foley one, and even the Rock/Angle/Triple H one which is very average. Can't complain for free content though! Quote

Chico Torres Posted July 24 Posted July 24 Definitely highlights of the grim final years of our beloved WCW but surely one of the worst choices ever has to be switching Goldbergs theme to that megadeath shite, one of many terrible decisions that killed his momentum. We may be unfortunately burdened with the summer substitute on the Vault who’s serving us crap like the Charlotte Flair story and Seth Rollins vs Edge, but they’ve put up the nice six-man with a lot of yer dads favourites Quote

I think Sting was using Seek & Destroy in a very similar time frame then occasionally used it after. Quote

It’s from a terrible period for Megadeth where Dave Mustaine decided to being in Dann Huff as producer, who was more versed in Country Music than he was Metal and it showed on the two albums they did with him. Cant remember if it appeared on the Mayhem CD first or if the album that it came from was out already (there wasn’t much of a gap between them), but that album (‘Risk’) is dreadful. They’ve not played anything from it for nearly 25 years, it’s like it never existed Quote
