I don't disagree with Brother Danger on this. Pizza is a toasted smorgasbord at the end of the day, and I don't know if you know this but Calzone is Italian for Butty.

 A Subway isn't a sandwich, it basically has so much sugar it is a cake that's got out of hand.

I've been trying to convince my 2 year old of this, won't go near anything involving melted cheese and bread but loves pizza. The fussy little shit will also only eat cheese sandwiches with grated cheese only

Simple today, ham, cheese and a bit of mustard toasted bagels.

I don't even really like bagels and sort of picked them on autopilot.

Recently we've been having a simple, yet delicious, combo of ham and sandwich spread. Room temperature bread along with cold ham and spread is immense.

 

Yeah it'll never be everyone's favourite or popular, but it's a good solid sandwich filler.

Man I feel old now as I'm sure it's the sort of thing only old people used to have!

Mushroom haters might not like this one but this was my homemade take on the Greggs omelette baguette. Nice fresh roll, I can't belive it's not butter, cheese omelette and some (I can't believe it's not) buttered mushrooms. Photo taken for my fat club group before I put ketchup on!

Bacon and chicken mayo wrap today at one of the most almost unbearably middle class places in my area, which is in the middle of a country estate/golf course.

Best thing was I didn't pay for it, so upped a mark straight away. 8/10

That's a favourite of mine too. Though it's usually on regular brown/granary or in a wrap. Properly fried mushrooms are delish, and go perfectly with egg.
