He gets pulled out and questioned about something. I don't believe he is cavity searched. Surprise suprise the promoters had not got him the correct visa iirc. First he said he was on holiday visiting friends, then when his bag was full of gimmicks to sell border security sent him home. 5 stars. DavidB6937 Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 I don't know why, but this was the first thing that came to mind. May not be legit. Quote
LEGIT Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 I took like the ones of wrestlers on morning TV and kids TV in the 90s. Yokozuna on Big Breakfast just before he died was fun. Quote

Customs people have a dim view on importing goods for resale without the proper taxes/paperwork. 32 minutes ago, Lion_of_the_Midlands said: Fat thumbed idiot Hero? Agreed. Quote

Yeah I remember this from the time. In fact I still have it gathering dust on a VHS tape somewhere simply titled 'Hall on Live and Kicking'. I have one of The Undertaker and Paul Bearer on Big Breakfast too. Most I can remember from that is they did a game called 'Get Your Knobbly Nuts Out' which involved someone retrieving oversized nuts from an oversized cereal bowl (ah, 90s TV....). Anyway, they created a jaunty little jingle (which I still remember) and had some poor sod dance in front of Paul and The Undertaker while it played. At the end of the tune, Undertaker grabs the guy by the back of the neck and escorts him off. Oh, and Paul was asked by the presenter to throw the nuts into the bowl. Quote

Paid Members LaGoosh Posted May 24, 2024 Paid Members Posted May 24, 2024 I remember when The Rock and Big Show were on Big Breakfast, both looking fairly knackered but still game for a laugh but Johnny Vaughn was a big fan of the Attitude era stuff so just started fanboy-ing and asking loads of questions about the upcoming London show like he was an 8 year old kid. I distinctly recall the confused look on Big Show's face when Vaughn asked while practically bouncing in his chair "Is Ken Shamrock going to be there???" and him reply "Er...yeah, I think so". Quote
Doog Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 Kevin Nash popping up on Sabrina The Teenage Witch was a fun one back in the day Quote

Keith Houchen Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 @air_raid Even though I linked one such instance, shouldn’t “Wrestlers appearing on shows to hype their company event/tour/etc” or wrestling specials type of one offs be disqualified too as it’s essentially a promo? Quote

Nah, that's gold. Bonus points if Gopher or Duck or Sarah Greene are involved. Quote
Merzbow Posted May 24, 2024 Posted May 24, 2024 WHO WANTS TO PLAY WWF SUPER NINTENDO?? HOOOOO! *Throws a random kid over his shoulder* Hacksaw Jim Duggan always seemed to be well up for doing shows, that showing on Gamesmaster was class and so was the later Macho Man one, another lad that was proper into it and offering the lass who beat him to be his tag partner. Paid Members TheBurningRed Posted May 24, 2024 Paid Members Posted May 24, 2024 The Rock and MVP were both on Soccer AM. The Rock had to pick a team out of a hat to support and he’s now a fan of Macclesfield (originally Town, should’ve saved them from liquidation). I can’t remember what other wrestlers appeared on there. Here’s the Undertaker clip that was mentioned. Mental. Quote
