So you've got Pac, Wheeler and Mox but the way you incapacitate Jay White is by having Marina Shafir clasp him to her bosom and give him a lovely hug. Rubbish.

I did like Brody King stopping Claudio from attacking Darby. Darby is great at bumping for anyone but it looks spectacular when it's for a unit like King. King is also big enough to back Claudio down and did it effectively. If he'd been presented consistently as a threat he would be the perfect foli for Mox. A guy you have to choke with a bag or attack with drain cleaner because he is such a menace, but all that has been passed up so he can hang around with spooky bollocks Ally Cack who doesn't even want to be there. King certainly doesn't look like a guy who'd be incapacitated by Marina's tits.

WWE can justify taking the tax breaks and cash, they bring a big audience. AEW as has been pointed out has very little presence in Australia. They've already downgraded the venue because they can't sell tickets, the tax breaks had better be good. I hope they do well but they don't half like making it difficult for themselves. As for All In in Texas, it will be nice for the Cowboys stadium to have something entertaining on for once.

Its not the Cowboys stadium. We are all saved from the talk of trying to fill 100k+. Its the Texas Rangers ballpark. Meant to be getting set-up for around 30-35k. Should be just about manageable for them with a near year build and selling it as their biggest show of the year. Of course they always find a way to undercut themselves.

My favourite thing about Ricochet being UNLEASHED FROM THE SHACKLES is that the only difference is that he now does a bit of obnoxious body popping between moves. That’s it. The only change. Something that makes a babyface act less likeable.

To be fair he probably doesn't even want to be a wrestler. It's just his "in" to be an actor. He's never really enjoyed wrestling.

Maybe hiring people from WWE isn't their best bet?

That said, Mercedes feels like she's settling now, so maybe he just needs a bit of time. Same, hopefully, for Lashley, who looks well off it in the ring

Every time they do I'm just like "why? You've got *points at Rush, Brody King or a million other underused people* just sitting there doing nothing!"

So Ricochet leaves WWE and goes there to be used better? And loses to the shittest clothesline ever from TAFKA Cesaro, 7 years older and on the WWE roster in 2012? Solid choice

Couple of little things I wondered with the Continental Classic this episode.

Because they turned the Continental Championship into just yet another belt, it feels like a waste of energy entering the Classic. Why go through seven gruelling matches to win the title when you could just hang on a month until it’s over and get yourself a direct title shot instead?

Also, we know there’s a ‘nobody at ringside’ rule but have we seen / been told what happens if anyone breaks that rule? Is it an honour system thing or is there actual punishment if, say, Moxley decided to just beat the shit out of Darby during his match instead of not doing anything even after the end of Full Gear because he’d done his segment for the week?

Favourite match this week was probably Hayter and Aminata, fast paced and hard hitting, but without stupid actual hitting like Ishii and Jericho were doing.

He’d be shit at that as well. All the charisma of a Custard Cream

Totally agree, and is exactly how the current champion got the belt.

Presumably anyone coming down would result in an automatic DQ for the relevant person. Then again most AEW refs can’t seem to see past the end of their nose (they’re made to look complete idiots far too often) so chances are you’d get away with it
