Aldi have reduced a whole bunch of stuff, I got some stollen pieces, roast turkey tortillas and lebkuchen hearts for half price today.

Speaking of Aldi, I had their Bombay Spiced Red Leicester today.

Very highly reccomended.

I combined the Tesco pigs in blankets pretzels, the Boxing Day curry coated peanuts and the maple roasted cashews and peanuts into a festive Chex Mix.  Fucking awesome.

We had some nice pigs in blankets with blue cheese today. I think we got them from Aldi.

Have gone to town on post-Christmas reductions. Got a chest freezer stuffed to the gunwales with turkeys like I've just been on Supermarket Sweep.

Speaking of pigs in blankets, smoked streaky bacon with the rashers cut in half down the middle wrapped around the small frozen cocktail sausages (wee willie winkies they call them in Scotland) is the peak form.
