Honestly believe AEW Dark is very often more enjoyable than RAW, this week a prime example. Great showcase for quite a few talents, The mixture of established stars doing squashes with indie talent being given a spotlight is a great design for a Youtube show.

How dangerous it was depends on how flexible the person who took it is. She finished the match with no problems afterwards. But I'm sure a bunch of wrestling fans with no experience are experts on the matter.

I'd venture to guess that her knees would do most of the bending there, rather than her back. I'd be more worried about those ropes grating my face, to be honet.

I watched Harley Race do a  diving headbutt and finish countless matches with no problems afterwards, yet he still said on record it fucked up his body. It's about long-term damage, not whether it has immediate consequences.
