They have recently launched a new version of the app and it is utter dogshit. Can no longer search, it crashes during bookings, unlimited members can no longer book tickets on behalf of other members to get tickets next to each other. The website is also knackered and people are seeing other users’ booking histories on their accounts, and in some cases their payment details! Don’t you just love it when the update makes the thing much much much much worse. Quote

My wife and I book tickets to go together, so now we'll have to co-ordinate booking so that we're sitting together. I'm in the process of writing a complaint letter and if there's no reconsideration it gets cancelled. They're not having £40 a month off us (+ the millions pound Mrs JB spends on sweets) for this level of experience. Edit: I say letter, obviously it was actually an electronic submission.
