I had some time while chopping my veg this morning so started to watch Raw. Dom vs Penta was pretty good apart from Michael “for the win” Cole still being the worst. I wasn’t keen either on cowardly heel “Dirty” Dom kicking out of the babyface Penta’s finish either. Might have watched more but I couldn’t be bothered and watched Cena vs Styles instead.

You missed a Russo style swerve. Baby-face Seth is gonna be so shit. Or they'll swerve us again and it'll be shit. Either way it'll be shit.

Not a chance that's how it's playing out even with them attacking Rollins and booting him out they both got cheered by the crowd and Seth will remain a shockingly bad heel alone now looking even more moronic being turned on so quickly leaving him alone once again lol.

Saw something that Seth could be out for 6-9 months if the injury is as bad as first feared. Who knows though after the last "swerve".

Should sack off War Games at Survivor Series if so and have a "Deadly Games" tournament for the belt instead.

I will never be happy a wrestler got injured.

But...if there is one wrestler who's career would benefit from the audience having a break from them it's Seth.

It speaks to how Triple H booking Seth Rollins as his top guy is the dullest collaboration ever. The World Champion of the flagship show injured himself doing one of the dumbest moves of all time, throwing all plans in the air, and there’s been almost no discussion on it.

If you had a Time Machine and wanted to make people as apathetic as possible, you couldn’t do a better job. Even the worked shoot angle has come back to bite them in the arse, with people thinking this will be another rubbish swerve.

I’d never wish injury on someone, but it’s a huge indictment of everyone involved that the most exciting thing that’s happened on Raw in months was forced upon them.

I too would suggest a Deadly Game Tournament, but I still haven’t recovered from Survivor Series 2015, when they teased something similar, only for it to be the shittest thing ever.

I’d completely re-imagine War Games. The five-on-five format is completely flawed and patterned, anyway. Still go with the two rings and the big cage, but steal Lucha Underground’s Aztec Warfare format. Staggered entrances every two minutes. Eliminations via pinfall or submission. Have people go bonkers brawling around the arena and jumping off cages. Capitalise on the chaos.

In the short term, at least we’ve all learnt the valuable lesson as to why people don’t do Coast to Coast Headbutts. Who could have possible guessed it might be dangerous?

It’s the long term I’m worried about. Seth returning as a babyface? When they seem insistent on doing anything but the actual money singles matches in Roman vs. Punk and Roman vs Seth?

They've probably already got it on the whiteboard.

Can they co-exist?

There might be real glass involved in your scenario and old Pip might get upset. Realistically though Supes they are not going to be able to do a multi person arena wide brawl anything near as well as AEW do them. I personally don't care for the Moxification of that sort of match with the over the top blood and weapons, but it is a spectacle that WWE can't match, and they would get buried for trying it, though the use of fire by Aleister Cack against big Damo might herald s sea change in the use of more violence in matches.

Nah that's not true at all. He was pivotal over the two nights, and played a major part in the fantastic main even event on night two.

I am so confused.....the graphics showing the competitors for the main event battle royale clearly showed Bronson Reed and Bron breaker in it center placement but neither were in it at all ?????
