He mumbled over every joke and even if you could hear them they were uniformly terrible. He had no sense of comedic timing and his presenting style was lumbering about the stage like an ogre and manhandling contestants vaguely into position. Things are too slick now to recreate that. Not that I'll watch it anyway, but at least they didn't shoehorn fucking Mulhern into the presenters role. Quote
