They just recently added that japanese series where children run adult tasks alone which are quite short episodes. I wonder if this maybe something that start to do more of? Frankly i'd rather see shorter episodes of a series then ones that outstay their welcome.

There was a recent drama series on BBC with 10 min episodes as well, Cheaters. Can see more of these in the future as well. Bite size content has changed the way the current generation watch things.

Cheaters was an easy watch but I do find the 10 minute episodes a bit odd, but it probably is a generational thing. Mandy is another sitcom that does it, but those episodes are basically based around 1 character so it makes sense.

The latest film from Peter Strickland, who has the impressive ability to take seemingly interesting ideas and make dull, uninteresting films (Katalin Varga, Berberian Sound Studio, In Fabric) or unbelievably boring, tedious and truly awful films (The Duke of Burgundy) out of them.

I heard from various sources that Berberian Sound Studio was good?

A lot of people seem to like it, but I've watched it a couple of times and wasn't impressed. Toby Jones is good in the lead role, but the film itself did nothing for me.
