Merzbow
They've made a new Dogtanian film too!
Retro Red
And Mysterious Cities of Gold’s remake is already 3 seasons in with a final season next year (and is pretty good). Ulysses 31 has to be next surely.
LCJ
Lupin III (Part 2) is on Amazon Prime video. Dubbed into English. Don’t think Part 1 ever had an English dub. Edited September 14, 2020 by LCJ
Paid Members Jazzy G Posted September 15, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted September 15, 2020 Castle Of Cagliostro is on Netflix?

Prime Video seem to have the Lupin III Part 2 TV series from the mid 70s (I think) that precedes Castle Of Cagliostro.
Paid Members waters44 Posted September 15, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted September 15, 2020 Castle of Cagliostro is superb! Miyazaki’s first film as well I believe. I can’t recommend it highly enough - I had no idea it was part of a series, I’ll have to have a look at that. Retro Red
I should correct myself, it’s a continuation of the original, so we’ve had 2 series since it came back with one more to come.
Paid Members Jazzy G Posted September 22, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted September 22, 2020 I've finished Ted Schwartz Spider-Man, and decided to press on with Amazing Friends. The first takeaway is that it's definitely for a younger audience than the other 81 Spider-Man series. They've got a comic relief dog that gets into "amusing" scrapes, and there's a LOT of expository dialogue. The solo Spidey series had more "show, don't tell" going on.
ThumpSquids
It may be a stretch away from the rest of this thread, but Sarah & Duck on CBBC is so good. It reminds me of a brief Bellville Rendez-vous. So bloody good!
Paid Members BigJag Posted October 8, 2020 Paid Members Share Posted October 8, 2020 (edited) https://www.syfy.com/syfywire/genndy-tartakovsky-primal-finale-season-2-samurai-jack Neat little article about Primal. The second part of series one premiered last Sunday in the US. Not sure when we get it here. The first five episodes can be watched via the 4OD app. Edited October 8, 2020 by BigJag
Merzbow
I haven't thought about this in decades but just saw someone in a Rude Dog shirt, it's a pretty decent show. Â

But I agree. I’ve gone and watched a load, even ones I didn’t have too much interest in (The Bots Master? I barely remember it) but he’s a great presenter and find they’re really well researched and produced. Great entertainment while I’m eating lunch at work
