d-d-d-dAz Posted September 8, 2025 Posted September 8, 2025 It's quite impressive how few options they have to beat him on his final night. I'd just give it Montez Ford. But, then, that's been my answer to 'who should get the sudden, surprise push?' for about 10 years I think, and still no sign. Quote
Paid Members mim731 Posted September 8, 2025 Paid Members Posted September 8, 2025 I think it'll be Gunther or Drew. They won't risk wasting it on someone who might wash out, but they don't have anyone young enough who's a sure thing they can manoeuvre into that spot in the time frame. Quote

Is Oba Femi the best they’ve got? Black men don’t get singles matches on PPV in the Triple H era. I believe it’s been well over 2 years since the last one. It’s easier if one is named in a sex trafficking law suit. Quote

Dr. Alan Grant Posted September 20, 2025 Posted September 20, 2025 Corey Graves taking bumps, making an in-ring comeback a possibility. Miz on commentary. Multiple backstage ‘comedy’ R-Truth skits, shilling ESPN. 15 minute Carmelo Hayes match. It’s like they want people* to stop watching. *And by people, I mean me. Quote

Brock being implicated in the lawsuit will become storyline. I give it a month. Yep. Almost four weeks exactly. Who could have possibly predicted that this slimy fat prick would want to have his cake and eat it? (Everyone). Someone call Kriss Akabusi. This show saw them break a World Record. Unless I’m mistaken, Sol Ruca and Zaria made their main roster debut as a tag team on this show, during a backstage segment with Alexa and Charlotte, and it took Ruca and Zaria less than forty five seconds before they were bickering amongst themselves, with one poking the other in the face. Less than a minute of television time and they already couldn’t co-exist! Incredible! Highlight of the show was once again Sami Zayn. His US Open Challenge has quickly recaptured the magic of John Cena’s US Open Challenge, delivering belters that gives new guys the rub and floundering losers like Fenix something to do. It’s two years too late, but I’d still argue Sami should win this year’s Rumble. Now everything has nosedived, he remains one of the few shining lights. Sami’s the best. Not that you’d know that if you read Twitter though. Every week Sami saves the show and then I go online to see people saying they’re bored of him and calling him, “Sami Hogan.” Am I out of touch? No! It is the Coldplay listeners and Nazi voters who are wrong, Jeremy! Add Pretty Deadly to that same list of lads who continue to shine even now the boom exists only in our memories. I laughed out loud at Kit accusing Damien Priest of being the personification of toxic masculinity. “You didn’t just chokeslam me through a wall last week, you chokeslammed Kit Wilson through centuries of Patriarchal Trauma!” Good stuff. Main event needs to be seen to be believed. Nia Jax at her most Nia Jax. Nia Jaxing all over the shop. Sandbagging everything, launching Jade face first into the steps, leaving Jade pissing blood everywhere, then one of the worst botched finishes of all time. Some people say Nia Jax is completely dog shit, but you’ve got to hand it to her here. She’s a true professional. Watch closely and you might spot it. Thanks to Nia’s quick thinking when the ref screwed up, she managed to have a quick chat, then kick out at 5.99, keeping the illusion alive. Well saved, Jax. I don’t think anyone noticed. You absolute fucking whopper. Jade Cargill definitely getting added to the, “Nia Jax Survivors,” WhatsApp group. Kairi Sane probably administrator. Edited September 27, 2025 by Supremo Quote
Paid Members JLM Posted September 27, 2025 Paid Members Posted September 27, 2025 I saw a picture of Jade’s injury after it was cleaned up and wish I hadn’t. Absolutely horrifying. Only saving grace was a reply from Danhausen asking “is that your skeleton?” Quote

Paid Members Supremo Posted October 4, 2025 Paid Members Posted October 4, 2025 Something extra silly about Paul Heyman calling Cody the, “Undisputed WWE Champion,” on a show where they’re building a Champion vs. Champion match, to determine the best Champion. Undisputed. Quote
Kfogg1991 Posted October 10, 2025 Posted October 10, 2025 I can't believe how superb putting the US title on Sami Zane has been, going with the true regular defending weekly suprise/mystery challenger which hasn't been done fully for so long. He's been stealing the show every single week against hungry/exciting opponents with Nakamura being the best and most hard-hitting and high work rate effort from both sides which I didn't want to end the more it went. The main event with priest and black was also solid with the very unfortunate ending being elevated and shot from one camera straight on which hurt the finish with Vega because you saw rather openly black getting something attached to Vega's ponytail then trying to subtly prepare the fireball which was impossible to avoid unfortunately but a worthy main event on a strong overall episode this week. Paid Members Callum1993 Posted October 11, 2025 Paid Members Posted October 11, 2025 There was talk this week of there being some changes to creative and this show felt like a step in the right direction. A good go home promo from Cody, the return of Nakamura(with original entrance music) a reboot of the MFTs and starting a feud with them and Sami and the Wyatt’s and aligning Black and Zelina Vega. A draft probably wouldn’t go amiss at this point just to freshen the rosters up on both sides though. Quote
