It's so much of a no from me that I'd rather not have a chocolate than have a Kit Kat. I have a massive sweet tooth and struggle to say no to pretty much and chocolate or sweet but I can easily pass on a Kit Kat I can deal with Nestle chocolate in most forms, but sometimes I forget how bad it is and have a Yorkie and then it reminds me it's disgusting. Mr_Danger Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 Kit Kat has to be alongside a cup of tea to mean shit to me. Peanut Butter Chunky is great though. Recently tried the Terry’s Chocolate Mint which is decent. The mint isn’t overpowering and it has the same confusing combo of moreish and shitness as the Orange has. Quote
deathrey Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 Oh I usually love mint chocolate but I couldn't handle the Terry's Mint Chocolate, I kept expecting it to be orange tasting because that shape is so synonymous with orange, I just couldn't handle it being something else Quote
Paid Members FLips Posted December 15, 2024 Paid Members Posted December 15, 2024 I tried the Terry’s Chocolate which was just a Chocolate Orange without orange. Just a big ball of pretty bad chocolate. Wouldn’t recommend. Quote

But I do like both mint and orange versions. Quote
King Coconut Posted January 2, 2025 Posted January 2, 2025 I can't remember which thread it was in but, after receiving confirmation that my free Terry's chocolate was on its way, big UK chocolate has fucked me over again. Quote GOOD TIDINGS TERRY’S SUPERFAN Thank you for entering our festive fix giveaway. Unfortunately, you just missed out on getting a Terry's ball this time. There were a huge number of entries in a very short period for a limited number of chocolate balls. This may have meant you received a confirmation message in error. Our Elves were totally maxed out before our website could keep up, our greatest apologies if you’ve received an incorrect confirmation message. Thank you for understanding. Your data will be removed from our records. Hope you had a very Merry Christmas! The Terry’s team Quote

Members SuperBacon Posted January 2, 2025 Members Posted January 2, 2025 Blaming the elves for being "maxed out" is some capitalist bullshit. Don't blame your hard working labour force "Terry" Quote
Paid Members Carbomb Posted January 2, 2025 Paid Members Posted January 2, 2025 Tory's Chocolate, more like, amirite lads? Quote
Members SuperBacon Posted April 22, 2025 Members Posted April 22, 2025 Wow! bar from Moldova. Lovely. Like a big Twix. Regina bar from Portugal. Pineapple? Yeah wasn't sure about this but was really nice, going well with the darker chocolate. Not a flavour I've ever seen before. Fair play to the Portuguese. Quote
deathrey Posted April 22, 2025 Posted April 22, 2025 My sister has given me some pineapple chocolate from her work before and it's a surprisingly good combo. I prefer it over many fruit combinations Quote
Awards Moderator Onyx2 Posted April 22, 2025 Awards Moderator Posted April 22, 2025 Pineapple chocolate is big in New Zealand. I think they're called Lumps? Sold in huge bags. Quote
Paid Members FLips Posted April 22, 2025 Paid Members Posted April 22, 2025 I wouldn’t be against pineapple with chocolate. It’ll take a hell of a lot to beat the choccy raisin though when it comes to chocolate covered fruits. Quote
