Kamaras-Tash
Can't believe I was the only one to vote for Simon Pheonix, 1 of my all time favourite films is Demolition Man and Snipes is a fucking riot in it. I voted Quaid too but can understand if people were trying to limit their Arnie input, still another classic for Arnie that one though '' Consider that a divorce ''
Paid Members John Matrix Posted August 4, 2017 Author Paid Members Share Posted August 4, 2017 Just in case anyone's worried the list is ruling out potential chart toppers, there's a whole arseload left who notched up multiple votes but didn't crack the top ten. Still all to play for!

I think in the end I went for Hiddleston, because through The Hollow Crown series you see his full evolution from tavern lad to conquering hero. But if we're talking just big screen, probably Branagh.

Moderators Chest Rockwell Posted August 4, 2017 Moderators Share Posted August 4, 2017 (edited) That was obviously fog dude. A few of mine in that list. The one I'm most disappointed that didn't make the cut is Jack Slater from Last Action Hero. I'm not that surprised though, I guess. Kamara - I nominated John Spartan, but in my nomination I said that I would have nominated Simon Phoenix, except he was the baddie, so not an 'action hero'. Ahh yeah I didn't grasp the concept of hero very well it seems, he's my hero though and glad Spartan got a vote

On the bright side, cant wait to have a read through it. Matrix will no doubt do it justice.

Paid Members DEF Posted August 5, 2017 Paid Members Share Posted August 5, 2017 Shocked that Chance Boudreaux and Robocop only getting the nod once. Chance would for sure been on my list had I not been utterly useless and busy. Well done for doing this Matrix, it's a cracking idea and I'm proper excited for this to get going. As much as I dislike Bruce Willis these days John McClane would have been my pick for the top spot I think.
