That reminds me, apparently the Shamrock Shake is coming to McDonald's in the UK in Feb. Morbid curiosity to try it.

Philly Cheese Stack aka the best one is returning as well.

Surely that won't be original recipe? Haven't had one for years, but the best way to describe the Shamrock Shake is that I hate the idea of it, but love the execution.

Just thinking that it must be pumped full of shit that isn't allowed over here.

Yeah you’re probably right. The Grimice Milkshake was different here for presumably similar reasons. McDonald’s  fries have beef seasoning in the US (as well as a load of other things) so they aren’t even suitable for vegetarians there. A lot of their products have way more ingredients then found in our McDonalds from what I’ve seen.

Had KFC last night and instantly regretted it. Just fancied crap and there's not many places that deliver so that was the "best" choice.

It's absolutely shit, and if I ever have it again I'll donate to Reform.

Just had the new double down (10/10)

Fuck sake.

I hate Greggs and I'm not a fan of pasties in general but if I'm going to eat one, it needs to be hot to be remotely stomachable

I put on a shit load of weight when pregnant with my second child and worked my ass off for most of last year to lose some of it but it all went to fuck at Christmas and I'm almost back at my original postpregnancy weight now. I've gone back to the gym and I'm trying to work some of it off again but all I can think about at the moment is eating a crisp sandwich. Paprika crisps, with butter on the bread. I'm not going to have I'll just sit here thinking about it for the next couple of hours....

A crisp sandwich is one of life's great treats. I just like Walkers ready salted in buttery white bread. Absolutely hits the spot. The wonderful sound it makes that echoes in your head!

With the addition of a drizzle of salad cream I am with you 100%

Had one last night.  2 slices of warburtons toastie, 2 bags of Tesco own brand ready salted, plenty of butter.   Loads of the crisps fell on the plate for bonus after buttie goodness.  Never tried it with Salad Cream, sounds slutty.

I can't do a crisp butty like that. I don't know if it's because of the tonal shift between the soft bread and then the sharp shards of crisps or because of autism or both.

But a Wotsits or Quaver butty with Co-Op ketchup, I can live with that.

Between this and that Trump thread in On-Topic it might be time for me to finally do a flounce off this forum.

Must point out I haven't tried the ketchup thing*, I was attempting a comparison to the salad cream thing above which garnered no controversy despite sounding even more horrendous.

(*will definitely try the ketchup thing)
