So basically...Corgan just wants the courts to order Dixie to give him control of the company, as per her promise to him/the loan agreement?

Apparently so.

Here is one of the tweets: 'Parham (Carter's lawyer) said the contract between Corgan and Carter is illegal under TN law. So Carter cant transfer her mgr rights even if TNA is insolvent.'

So they are basically acknowledging that Dixie had Corgan sign an illegal contract?

Quite surprised that's legal over there if I'm honest. Nonetheless, clicked Following and and reading along. Dinner tonight should be interesting reading along.

They use to allow cameras in the court room. Court TV was a channel, less we forget the Oj Trial

This is what stuck out to me, also. If the contract is illegal, who was it drawn up by? I would assume Dixie's lawyers. So...did Dixie deliberately deceive Corgan?

The joys of America is that different states have different laws so there can be arguments that the contract was valid in the state it was signed but might be nullified because it relates to a company in a different state. It's one of the reasons WWE always try and transfer court cases to conneticut, because employment laws favour them there. There was also cases of no compete clauses for wrestlers being illegal because the state they are living in has 'right to work laws' it was mentioned in at least one wrestlers book, I wanna say Regal's. America!!

Found this part of everything that's being reported very interesting.

"It is noted that documents produced by the defendants show that they never had "any real intention of recognizing Corgan as the company's President in charge of the operations", noting that an email between the defendants and Anthem Media noted, "Mr. Corgan may have an agreement providing him with a title, but in the absence of a document

delegating authority to him, it is a vacuous appointment.""

So they gave him a title to make him feel better about being treated like shit but no actual power to go with that title?

They should have just called him assistant to the regional manager
