Lunar suffers with anxiety, so we used a calming spray (I think it has doggy drugs in it) but my ex buys all that kind of thing so I'll ask her what it was. Really worked though and she's like a different dog.

That’s brill and sounds a bit more affordable for me than dog therapy right now (though thanks @Joe Blogas it may definitely be an option eventually).

There’s also Adaptil plug ins. I’ve used the cat version and found it useful.

If those options don’t work, some vets have nurses who specialise in animal behaviour too. Not sure if they would give free advice but guess they might have a chat from a ‘is it behaviour or medical’ perspective. Also, if he’s insured, behaviourists are sometimes covered on that so it may lesson the load.

Mines not well, I think it's a tumor but we've taken every chance we can with the vets but I think I'm going to have to let her go very soon.

Here she is sleeping calmly in the vets happy to be back with me after a blood test.

Oh that’s rotten, mate. Hope you’re ok and enjoying the time you have.

She's getting spoiled rotten, she had more of the Sunday roast than me today.

Some good news, we're waiting on confirmation next week due to bank holidays but it's looking good to be a heart issue we can treat with medication. The vets braced us for the worst but I think she's going to be with us a little longer.
