Max Power
Seriously grim that. A horse breaks it's leg and Dickheads on Twitter are moaning that they've lost their fiver. Questions will be asked as to it's wellbeing. Was rumoured to have a slight injury last week, lost a shoe at the start. Just how fit was it? I bet the blacksmith at the start feels horrendous. Apologies if this is live discussion, but the race is over so hopefully it's not.

It's difficult to feel hard done-by with such an awful situation though. What a horrible accident.
Paid Members Lion_of_the_Midlands Posted March 15, 2019 Paid Members Share Posted March 15, 2019 Was examined by the vet this morning Max. They have been doing extra checks and he trotted up fine. Just awful to see though.
Moderators PowerButchi Posted March 15, 2019 Moderators Share Posted March 15, 2019 Worst Cheltenham Ever. My biggest profit was on an E/W which placed in the Gold Cup FFS.
Max Power
Envoi Allen my only winner of the week. Had about 3 placed for each way money- my worst Cheltenham ever also. See you next year!
Paid Members Lion_of_the_Midlands Posted March 15, 2019 Paid Members Share Posted March 15, 2019 Not the worst Cheltenham for me, that would be 2006. 3 winners and had Concertista been breathing out in the novice mares hurdle it would have been a belter. Max Power
Not a bad days racing. Meep Meep in the 3.15 at Newbury is carrying my money today. And Coventry at 13/10 are a cracking price too. Good luck all.
Paid Members I Bent My Wookie Posted April 6, 2019 Paid Members Share Posted April 6, 2019 Gone Valtor for the National, averaging around 100/1. How's everyone else betting for the day?

Moderators PowerButchi Posted April 6, 2019 Moderators Share Posted April 6, 2019 Despite being top weighgt I fancy Anibale Fly, my big hanging dick tip though is Joe Farrell.
Moderators PowerButchi Posted April 6, 2019 Moderators Share Posted April 6, 2019 What a horse Tiger Roll is. Fantastic.
Keith Houchen
Yeah but it could only finish second in the Virtual Grand National so it isn't that good.
wordsfromlee
Went each-way on 3 different horses, one of the being Tiger Roll. That means I ended up with a tidy £1 profit. There'll be an open bag of crisps on the table for everyone to help themselves to in my local pub tonight, on me.
Moderators PowerButchi Posted April 6, 2019 Moderators Share Posted April 6, 2019 Each way on Tiger Roll?
Stylin_and_Profilin
Masters 2019 Jordan Spieth - to win 25/1 @ Skybet Charley Hoffman - each way 100/1 @ Skybet Matt Kuchar - each way 50/1 @ Bet365 Skybet doing 10 places on each way which is pretty generous, albeit the odds are a little less to compensate for the extra place(s). Spieth is a great price at 25/1 in "price boost" section on Skybet to win outright and i felt Kuchar is good value as he has been pretty hot in the last few weeks' tournaments. Hoffman is a bit of a wildcard but he has done OK at Augusta in the past but has a tendency for the wheels to come off in the latter stages if he's in with a chance.....fingers crossed we don't see that happening!
