RIDDUM_N_STYLE Posted August 30, 2025 Posted August 30, 2025 Why did Pep waste Jack Grealish? Man has been an utter pleasure to watch so far for the Toffees. Great win at Wolves today despite being needlessly on the ropes for the last 10-15 mins. Saw a mad stat that we’ve won more games this month than in the last 4 Augusts combined Quote
Paid Members mim731 Posted August 31, 2025 Paid Members Posted August 31, 2025 Great free kick, no complaints on Liverpool winning there. Especially only 3 games in. Lots of games left. We didn't do enough. The Saliba injury is more of a concern. Hoping it's not mega serious. Quote
Members SuperBacon Posted August 31, 2025 Author Members Posted August 31, 2025 That was the worst game of football I've watched since...yesterday. Quote

Paid Members Nexus Posted August 31, 2025 Paid Members Posted August 31, 2025 Forest were utter dogshit, and West Ham took advantage. We played like the Away team, and once again, all fancy passing but no final product. Nuno's definitely on thin ice with the big man now. Quote

For the life of me, I cannot see what seemingly everyone else does in Sangare. A shite Sammy Ameobi. Quote

Paid Members CleetusVanDamme Posted August 31, 2025 Paid Members Posted August 31, 2025 Of all the mental VAR decisions/non-decisions in Chelsea games over the years, these are the ones that finally spark a bit of accountability and see a referee demoted? You just have to laugh. You'd think the VAR ref laughed off a Fulham player getting punched in the back of the head or something! Quote

I think Grealish was always going to do well leaving City where his only job was to stand in a certain area on the pitch and win free kicks. He’s a classic talisman a smaller team can build a side around. I bet Villa are fucking livid they couldn’t balance the books to get him back. Seems like a top fella too. It’ll be a bit heartbreaking to watch him eventually go full Everton. Quote
sivy Posted August 31, 2025 Posted August 31, 2025 I think also Grealish loves being the star player in the team Quote
Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted August 31, 2025 Paid Members Posted August 31, 2025 Thoroughly enjoying just how mediocre City continue to be. Didn't create a thing in the second half, barely created anything in the first. Rubbish to watch. Excellent. Quote
Mr_Danger Posted August 31, 2025 Posted August 31, 2025 I see Troy Deeney is taking up the mantle quite well indeed. Thats Marcos Senesi who is in his fourth season with Bournemouth. Quote
