Why did Pep waste Jack Grealish? Man has been an utter pleasure to watch so far for the Toffees. Great win at Wolves today despite being needlessly on the ropes for the last 10-15 mins. Saw a mad stat that we’ve won more games this month than in the last 4 Augusts combined

Great free kick, no complaints on Liverpool winning there. Especially only 3 games in. Lots of games left. We didn't do enough.

The Saliba injury is more of a concern. Hoping it's not mega serious.

Of all the mental VAR decisions/non-decisions in Chelsea games over the years, these are the ones that finally spark a bit of accountability and see a referee demoted? You just have to laugh. You'd think the VAR ref laughed off a Fulham player getting punched in the back of the head or something!

Proper throwback to when Moyes would take a really nice footballer and surround him with Everton shite and let them glisten like a diamond atop a giant turd. I think Grealish was always going to do well leaving City where his only job was to stand in a certain area on the pitch and win free kicks. He’s a classic talisman a smaller team can build a side around. I bet Villa are fucking livid they couldn’t balance the books to get him back. Seems like a top fella too. It’ll be a bit heartbreaking to watch him eventually go full Everton.
