Paid Members Gus Mears Posted February 20, 2025 Paid Members Posted February 20, 2025 With the news that Mark E Smith left none of his many former wives/girlfriends any of his whopping estate, who are the people who are clearly massive bellends who you still like? Quote
Paid Members Carbomb Posted February 20, 2025 Paid Members Posted February 20, 2025 Mike Oldfield, despite being a massive Trumpcunt, is still one of my favourite artists ever. Marco Pierre White is a Tory bastard, but he still impresses the hell out of me. Quote
davertfnewman Posted February 21, 2025 Posted February 21, 2025 Said it before, will say it again, Jim Davidson. Quote
Chili Posted February 21, 2025 Posted February 21, 2025 Jeremy Clarkson. Ugh, I'm really sorry. I hate his politics, his shit articles and the stuff he says about real life things. But as a TV presenter (especially his stuff that isn't about cars, his documentaries especially) I find him really engaging and interesting because he's actually a very good presenter and can wildly veer into being somewhat likeable occasionally, then I remember he is Jeremy Clarkson. Totally agree, he seems like in real life he's the kind of bloke that if he turned up in the pub you'd drink up and piss off before he engaged you by force in loud obnoxious conversation where he talks down to everyone and is basically a nuisance. But for TV purposes I really like him. I'm a big sucker for the Grand Tour/Top Gear stuff especially anything road trip related even though most of it is full of half truths and bollocks to fit the rhetoric. Don't get me started on the two Vietnam ones. Quote
Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted February 21, 2025 Paid Members Posted February 21, 2025 At least my mum hasn't asked me if I watch Clarkson's Farm for a few weeks. Quote
CDM Posted February 21, 2025 Posted February 21, 2025 My dad's a right cunt but I guess I like him Quote
Harry Wiseau Posted February 21, 2025 Posted February 21, 2025 Morrissey for me. I just love him, his music, his magnificent hair, his strong chin, his ridiculous voice, his challenging manner, I convinced myself many years ago that he's just on the wind up and the dodgy things he comes out with in occasion(!) are just to entertain him inside his head. He's playing the character of Morrissey perfectly and long may he continue. The cunt. Quote

Yep this was going to be mine. If you just watch his shows he's a bit of a tit but strangely endearing, humorous and quite a genuine and knowledgeable bloke. The number of times I've thought "oh for fucks sake Jeremy" when I see him mentioned online is ridiculous. Like being disappointed at your grandad for making a casual racist comment or something. Members SuperBacon Posted February 21, 2025 Members Posted February 21, 2025 Christ, how long have you got? As a football and rap fan there are loads of people I like that are absolute tossers, but I'll save you from that rambling and go with Gordon Ramsay. Undoubtedly an arsehole, but one I will always have time for. William Hague as well, but that's more for his voice. Quote

Paid Members Lion_of_the_Midlands Posted February 21, 2025 Paid Members Posted February 21, 2025 They say that there are two sorts of people in this world. People who like Van Morrison, and people who have me him. I've not met him. Quote

I thought he was following me in my car once, but then realised everything is reversed in the rear view mirror, and it was actually a Morrison’s Van. Quote
