Amen, brother. TK has a habit of wiping people form his memory before they clear off to WWE and that's absolutely the right move here. Jericho was very good for AEW for a couple of years, on-screen anyway, but, he's been rank for years now, hasn't been missed and isn't welcome back. Fuck off, Chris.

Absolute madness to see people suggesting putting the Champion of the fucking World into the Jericho Vortex.

The best use of Chris Jericho before he fucks off back to WWE is no use of Chris Jericho before he fucks off back to WWE.

You don't have much faith in you're champion if you don't think he could handle a few weeks of Jericho.

Hangman would smash it, as he does everything else.

Went to see if he was doing anything with Fozzy and there's nothing this summer. All that's announced is a February tour of the UK with no Mondays. Which I take as a sign he'll be at the Saudi Royal Rumble and then some UK Raws :)

If you can still put bets on WWE matches, I’d put the house on Jericho returning at the Royal Rumble.

I wonder if he'll use Judas rather than one of his WWE themes, I think that could get a big reaction.

It's an interesting one. I guess at a big PPV then it would. I'm not sure you'd get regular sing alongs on a weekly basis though.

Cody really only got them as time went on.

It's tough to know what would get a bigger pop/more recognition I think.

It's likely because I'm getting old and the years are blending together, but it honestly feels like Jericho has returned at the Rumble about 10 times at this point.

Jericho vs. Rollins in a year-long Multi-Vortex-Incursion feud?

I can see the feud poster already

The day after it’s discussed on here, Meltzer reports on Observer Radio that there’s internal discussion about Jericho returning at the Royal Rumble.

I’m not saying the UKFF is the epicentre of pro-wrestling, with lurkers from within the WWE system, all I’m saying is, “PLEASE LADS, PLEASE END THIS CM PUNK VS. SETH ROLLINS STUFF, PLEASE!”

Reports that they’ve added time to Danhausen’s contract for injury time.  They should subtract time from Jericho’s contract, for lack of injury time. Everyone’s a winner.

I’m not sure it would, to be honest. I think there’s more nostalgia for Break the Walls these days than there will be Judas, particularly among the WWE audience; and frankly, if I was Jericho I’d be looking to do all I can to distance myself from an AEW run that wore thin long before he stopped using that song.

WWE seem to love the crowd interaction so I think they'll try it, maybe an initial break the walls intro before switching to Judas, if not at the debut, they'll give it a go at some point.

Just looking at some of the Judas videos on AEW's YouTube channel:

This got over 5.5 million views:

This got over 2.7 million:

His Wembley performance also has over 1 million views and there are probably others too.

I know a lot of WWE fans won't watch AEW regularly but they're bound to have seen videos like the above so they'll be familar with it. Although after saying all that, if he does turn up at the Rumble with Judas, I'm not sure how the Saudi crowd will react ?
