5pints 2.0 Posted September 2, 2024 Posted September 2, 2024 (edited) I'm still angry after reading an article in which the former European vice president for Ticketmaster has blamed fans for paying high prices for tickets. I don't think he lives in the real world, or understands what fans go through to purchase tickets. That and ticketmaster holding the monopoly over arenas and stadiums. Grrrr! https://www.irishmirror.ie/showbiz/irish-showbiz/former-ticketmaster-boss-oasis-fans-33580429 Edited September 2, 2024 by 5pints 2.0 Quote

Paid Members Wretch Posted September 2, 2024 Paid Members Posted September 2, 2024 I watch this video every few weeks. It’s Noel’s best bits of commentary over Oasis’ music videos down through the years. He is one funny fucker. The scaffolding sinking line, and his disbelief over the man with legs made of sausages just get me every single time. Quote
Members SuperBacon Posted October 4, 2024 Members Posted October 4, 2024 Manics, Ashcroft and Cast as supports. If MSP play You Love Us I will dropkick the first 10 people I see wearing bucket hats. Quote

Paid Members Devon Malcolm Posted October 4, 2024 Paid Members Posted October 4, 2024 Manics supporting Oasis just saddens me on several levels. Quote
Paid Members ReturnOfTheMack Posted October 4, 2024 Paid Members Posted October 4, 2024 (edited) Weren't Manics the supporting act when Oasis went to America and promptly split? Edit: no, mixed up my timeline a bit. Edited October 4, 2024 by ReturnOfTheMack Quote

Ironic Indie Lad Posted October 8, 2024 Posted October 8, 2024 I am relatively sure Cast and The Manics supported Oasis when I saw them at Loch Lomond in 1996. Almost 30 years ago by the time these gigs roll around. Dead soon. Quote
Paid Members Gus Mears Posted August 3, 2025 Author Paid Members Posted August 3, 2025 Accidentally stumbled into one of the racist bellend asylum protests in Canary Wharf while out for my Sunday run. The amount of people wearing Oasis clobber was remarkable. Second only to football tops and missing teeth. Quote
